The Sagepoint Story

In 1989, Peter Lee started Sagepoint Academy with the dream of creating better futures for his students through fostering strong work ethics and build firm educational foundations.

Today, Sagepoint Academy is a comprehensive education center based in Rancho Cucamonga for students from grade school through college and university. We have been proudly providing standardized test preparation, academic tutoring, and college counseling for over twenty years and have helped thousands of students reach their academic and educational goals.

Our standardized test preparation, for tests ranging from the SSAT and ISEE to the SAT and ACT (and everything in between), has shown outstanding results. Each year, our students receive scores in the top percentiles of each test and move on to attend the best preparatory secondary schools, colleges, and universities in the nation. With our decades of experience working with college-bound scholars, Sagepoint Academy knows how to not only bring out the best scores in its students today, but also equip them with the work ethic needed to become outstanding lifelong learners. Here at Sagepoint, we believe in the potential within each of our students and also recognize that every student learns differently. That is why we have small classes and offer personalized private tutoring in order to cater to the academic needs of every individual. Personal attention for each student and personalized instruction catered to each individuals’ needs are our priorities, even in our group classes. All of the teachers at Sagepoint are professionals who have substantial work experience in academia and expertise in the subjects that they are teaching. In addition, they care about teaching the whole student, not just producing one good test score. Our teachers dedicate their time to giving students the motivation they need to succeed in all their future endeavors, even after the big test day.
