SAT and ACT

 The Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) and the American College Test (ACT) are the two standardized tests that US colleges and universities use un the admissions process. Students choose to take one of the two tests. Both measure proficiency in mathematics, reading, and English language, and include an optional essay portion. The ACT includes an additional science portion. The SAT and ACT are crucial factors in a student’s college journey as standardized testing is one of the main criteria in college admissions.
